Your Money Is Safe, All Thanks To Our Refund Policy

We know that you want the best quality for your money and if you are not satisfied then you want your money back. That is why we have created the refund policy with utmost attention to detail. Our policy states that our customers can claim a full* or a partial refund if you are not satisfied with the final order. Some of the terms that allow for a refund are as follows:

  1. There was plagiarised content in the final order
  2. The deadline was missed
  3. The assignment is subpar
  4. Revisions didn’t improve the quality of the order
  5. The customer service was slow to respond

The customer has seven days to make the reimbursement request. Once the Quality Assurance Department has determined that the claim is valid, the refund will be made after 10-15 days.

*On a full reimbursement claim, 90% of the total amount paid will be granted
